Most of the time I am run so ragged I feel like I'm halfway to crazy. Which doesn't leave me much time to think about how I should be making greener choices. I'm getting there too though. We switched G to chlorine free diaps for daycare, and gDiapers on the weekends. We have our reusable grocery bags (that I only forget occassionally now). I'm switching my cleaning products slowly to greener varieties as my current supplies run out. I'd love to quit my job to stay home and save gas, but N-man isn't too keen on that idea.
We do have way too much plastic stuff for Little G, but most of it was bought by family or given as a hand-me-down, so at least WE didn't buy it. Except that push cart thing...and I have to say watching G learn to walk using it was TOTALLY worth it. But I am trying to remember to buy greener toys when I need too.
So this is my journey to being a greener mommy, a greener house keeper, and a greener inhabitant of this little earth. My journey to the crazy...well, you'll get some of that too.
